Kindergarten at The EHKN School

Our Kindergarten curriculum is divided into two distinct parts LKG and UKG to prepare children for primary education stage.
At LKG level, the children are introduced to basic pre-school learning activities that concerns basic social manners and etiquettes, learning numbers and alphabets, familiarizing with the environment, identifying different objects, elemental physical exercises, developing rudimentary sensory and cognitive activities as well as necessary motor coordination.
The UKG curriculum is comprehensively designed to facilitate the holistic development of the young learners in terms of comprehension, cognition, creativity, slightly higher level of number and alphabet concepts.

Our Focus

Form group dynamics so that the younger students learn how to work in groups, play, discuss, cooperate, stand up for themselves, and show kindness and empathy towards others.

All children at The EHKN's School need to continue to grow their ability to communicate and adapt new vocabulary in their personal and academic realms.

Children will develop self-regulation to learn how to control their bodies and emotions and focus on the right things to succeed in school and life.

Students at this age learn best by touching, pretending, and asking. This is why we use guided play to learn in the classroom.
